You'll lead RFP responses for Enterprise accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams to produce high-quality proposals. Your work will directly drive win rates and scale the bid management process through automation and knowledge libraries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end RFP response processes for enterprise accounts
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from sales, product, legal, and operations
• Manage RFP calendar, run kick-off meetings, and track deadlines
• Build and maintain a knowledge library to standardize responses
• Implement AI tools to improve response quality and efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in project management, consulting, or bid management
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder Enterprise RFPs
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong project management and planning abilities
• Full working proficiency in French and advanced English

• Experience responding to RFPs for insurance, benefits, or SaaS products
• Prior experience in marketing with strong design and visual communication skills
