Description

You will collaborate with GCC customers in India to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help them achieve business objectives. You will build strong customer relationships, conduct ROI analysis, and develop business cases to quantify the benefits of implementing Celonis solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis
• Customer-facing experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting
• Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP)
• Experience with RPA, BI Tools, or building Dashboards/Apps/Action Flows
• Hands-on SQL and Python experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to uncover business challenges and determine how Celonis can help
• Provide support to regions including APAC to establish foundational accounts
• Build customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Share customer insights with Product and Engineering teams
• Create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence
