Description

You will support the day-to-day operations and cross-functional needs of Oscar's Talent Management program, including project management, system maintenance, communications, analytics, and educational content delivery. Report to the Senior Manager, Talent Management.

Requirements

• 4 years commensurate experience
• 2+ years in Talent Management, Performance Management, or L&D
• 2+ years project management experience
• 2+ years experience with Workday
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support for Talent Management workstreams
• Communicate with stakeholders to arrange meetings, confirm schedules, and discuss risks
• Manage talent and performance management system in partnership with People Operations
• Deliver communications for talent management processes
• Create, compile, and distribute educational content for talent management processes
