💼 About This Role

You'll build the harness that supplier agents run inside, including eval pipelines, context management, and document parsing. You'll own pieces of the system and rotate to where most work is needed. This role offers deep work on agentic systems with rapid iteration and real user feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and extend the eval pipeline for task completion and regression tracking.
• Design context management to keep long-horizon tasks coherent.
• Create sub-agent orchestration patterns for specialized agent composition.
• Ship supplier-facing skills on top of the harness.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years shipping production software
• Strong in Python (TypeScript a plus)
• Shipped at least one LLM-powered feature or product
• Daily, heavy user of agentic coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex

• Side projects built with new AI tools
• Experience with document parsing (invoices, catalogs, contracts)
