• Provide individual therapy to clients of all ages
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations
• Ability to work hybrid (onsite and telehealth)
