You'll design and interpret experiments to drive product decisions for Deliveroo's marketplace, using causal inference to uncover true impact. You'll go beyond 'did it work' to understand why and how results generalize across users and markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run A/B experiments in production environments
• Apply causal inference to estimate treatment effects
• Translate experimental findings into strategic recommendations
• Uncover drivers of experiment performance across segments

📋 Requirements

• Strong experience with A/B experiments in production
• Solid understanding of causal inference concepts
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Ability to communicate statistical insights to non-technical audiences

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Knowledge of marketplace or two-sided platform dynamics
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms (e.g., Statsig, Eppo)
