You'll advise individuals, families, and businesses on insurance solutions as part of the Ben Smith Agency, a Farmers Insurance affiliate. Your core impact will be generating new business through outbound calls and community involvement while achieving sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound calls and referrals
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend insurance plans
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Achieve monthly sales and service targets

📋 Requirements

• Previous sales experience with a record of achieving targets
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
