You'll join Monks as a Support Analyst, serving as the first or second point of contact for customer inquiries. You'll resolve technical issues by analyzing system logs and running SQL queries, ensuring platform stability and customer satisfaction.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems
  • Investigate technical issues using SQL and API testing tools
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams on escalations

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
  • Proficiency with SQL for querying and analyzing data
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira)
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and scripting languages

  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Experience with application logs and debugging
  • Knowledge of SaaS product configurations and integrations
