📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in backend development with Python
• Proven ability to ship production-grade code quickly
• Experience with PostgreSQL or vector databases
• Hands-on cloud experience (GCP, AWS, Docker)

• Background as a CTO or founding engineer
• Experience with GraphQL and REST API design
• Track record in competitive programming (ICPC) or research (NeurIPS)
