You'll lead product design as a function and shape the product itself at a fintech startup revolutionizing private markets. You'll bring design into strategy, not just execution, and push for simplicity and clarity. This is a hands-on role where you'll build and lead the design team while directly designing critical product surfaces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design on the most critical product surfaces
• Bring a clear point of view on AI-native product design
• Work with product and engineering to define direction
• Establish design systems and practices that scale

📋 Requirements

• 0-1 product design experience (building from scratch)
• Experience contributing to or reaching product-market fit
• B2B product experience in fintech or data-heavy domains
• Experience leading designers or ready to own a function
