Requirements
- 15+ years developing complex electro-mechanical products on aggressive timelines
- 7+ years in engineering leadership roles
- Expert electro-mechanical engineering skills
- Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and materials intersection
- B.S. in mechanical or electrical engineering (M.S. preferred)
Responsibilities
- Develop the world's most advanced 3D printers
- Manage, mentor, and train mechanical, electrical, and compliance engineering teams
- Set engineering standards, manage risk, and prioritize team efforts
- Work with stakeholders to determine project requirements (schedule, staffing, budget, workspace)
- Review and approve designs for performance, quality, and consistency
