💼 About This Role

You'll act as a technical subject matter expert supporting pre and post-sale customer engagements featuring NiCE CXone technologies within the SandcastleCX program. You'll build dedicated cloud environments for customers to explore CX technologies like CCaaS, CRM, AI, and analytics. This role offers a highly competitive compensation package with base salary and quarterly upside.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in pre and post-sales SandcastleCX engagements
• Gather customer requirements and design solutions
• Build and prove out critical use cases with customers
• Maintain expertise in CX and related technologies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or contact center consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone and UC environments
• Experience creating technical architecture diagrams in Lucidchart

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified in CXone ACD/IVR, DFO, QM, WFM, Interaction Analytics, Cognigy
• Experience with Omilia and Cognigy
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics
