You'll lead the operations research function for an AI-native financial services firm, designing self-driving workflows. Your core impact will be replacing anecdotal decisions with evidence from statistical process control. This role stands out for its focus on building bridge tools that ship directly to production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design every Member Operations workflow as a productized funnel with SLAs.
• Own the Operations Intelligence Warehouse for inspectable data.
• Implement statistical process control across all production workflows.
• Build queuing and capacity models to surface bottlenecks.
• Lead prototype-to-Engineering handoff with low-code and AI-assisted tools.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in operations strategy or applied operations research.
• Deep SQL and data modeling skill (BigQuery preferred).
• Hands-on fluency with low-code and AI-assisted application development.
• Workflow and process design experience, including BPMN or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Financial services, fintech, marketplace, or logistics background.
• Experience with statistical process control and capacity modeling.
• Cross-functional communication skills to translate ops data into engineering PRDs.
