💼 About This Role

You'll join MeBe as an RBT and enroll in the Candidate Program, providing supervised fieldwork training for aspiring BCBAs. You'll gain hands-on experience with treatment plans, assessments, and parent training while earning unlimited, free supervised hours. MeBe offers a supportive community with mentorship from experienced BCBAs and university partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.
• Provide parent training and support
• Develop and update treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• RBT experience and employment at MeBe
• TRICARE certification required
• Pursuing BCBA career
• Enrolled in BCBA program or plans within 3 months
