Description

As a Staff Technical Program Manager on the Community Support Engineering team, you will drive complex cross-functional programs to improve customer support tools and experiences. You will partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to enhance decision-making, manage project schedules, identify risks, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 7 years as a technical program manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Proven track record of influencing others with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience developing processes where little exists.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to understand bigger picture.
  • Experience in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent written and oral business communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of Asana, Jira, or equivalent task management tooling.
  • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a portfolio view of CSE programs’ scope and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and drive projects end-to-end.
  • Provide leaders with visibility into execution status, issues, and decisions.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives.
  • Identify technical dependencies and align stakeholders to manage them.
  • Manage effective communications to leadership and across teams on decisions, status, and risks.
  • Define and align on success criteria with relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly assess risks and identify ways to mitigate them.
  • Partner with developer teams to enforce high quality internal documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and align priorities.
