💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support for Veeam Backup and Replication, troubleshooting complex issues for IT professionals. You'll own cases from start to finish, analyzing logs and resolving problems in both Veeam and third-party components. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge backup technologies and a collaborative global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform troubleshooting and log file analysis
• Act as technical focal point for IT professionals
• Own customer issues from start through resolution
• Document interactions accurately in CRM within SLA

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Italian (reading/writing/speaking)
• Advanced Windows Server (2016/2019/2022/2025) and Windows 10/11
• Practical TCP/IP knowledge (OS, firewalls, NAT, ports, DHCP, DNS)
• Ability to learn technical information quickly

✨ Nice to Have

• UNIX/Linux knowledge
• VMware ESX(i) or Microsoft Hyper-V experience
• Database engine administration (SQL/Oracle)
