💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic relationships with Drata's largest and most regulated customers, advising on complex compliance programs like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP. You'll drive outcomes, not just adoption, by developing success plans, tracking KPIs, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities for growth. This high-impact role involves owning executive relationships and shaping long-term success plans to turn Drata into a strategic pillar of customers' security posture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead strategic relationships with commercial customers, earning executive trust.
• Develop success plans, track KPIs, and identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Guide customers through compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FedRAMP.
• Own key customer journey moments from onboarding to renewal with health checks and QBRs.
• Translate voice of customer into action, partnering cross-functionally with Product and Engineering.

📋 Requirements

• Compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP) deep understanding.
• 4+ years in security, compliance (GRC), or identity and access management.
• 6+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or Strategic Account Management within B2B SaaS.
• Proven success managing complex relationships including executive alignment and stakeholder navigation.

• Experience with multi-product or regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Catalyst, Sigma, and Jira.
• Strategic, outcomes-driven mindset with ability to translate compliance goals into workflows.
