You will deeply explore operational pain points in financial institutions and build AI-native solutions from scratch. Your work will fundamentally change workflows, not just improve legacy systems, and you'll own the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Deep expertise in financial operations and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of building AI-native products
• Strong customer engagement and domain expertise skills
• Ability to navigate regulatory complexity as a product constraint

Responsibilities

• Discover and validate high-value operational pain points at financial institutions through deep customer engagement
• Design and build AI-native solutions from scratch
• Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, validation, build, launch, and iteration
• Be the customer-facing domain expert and translate pain into product
• Define outcome-based value narratives for enterprise buyers
