• Lead and mentor Assembly Team Leads and Technicians.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing or assembly operations leadership.
• Strong understanding of production schedules and workflows.
• Proven ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
