💼 About This Role

You'll be a hands-on technical generalist across the full stack of retail RFID deployments, from antenna placement to cloud pipelines. You'll unblock problems in the field and keep deployments moving forward. You'll work directly with hardware, firmware, and backend engineers to resolve issues ranging from RF read rates to cloud pipeline performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose RFID read rate issues in store environments
• Triage location performance issues from physical layer to cloud
• Translate field observations into actionable bug reports
• Coordinate with retailer IT, facilities, and operations teams
• Own deployment plan for each store phase

📋 Requirements

• Expertise with RFID systems — UHF Gen2, reader config, antenna placement
• Familiarity with physical/MAC layer fundamentals from wireless comms
• Experience in field deployments in real environments
• Ability to work fluently across HW, FW, embedded, backend, and cloud teams

• Retail or supply chain environment exposure
• Familiarity with cloud telemetry pipelines and observability tooling
