💼 About This Role

You'll ensure the stability and efficient operation of Storage Area Networks and NAS Arrays for clients. You'll resolve complex issues, mentor team members, and participate in disaster recovery tests.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain storage arrays and SAN fabrics
• Resolve service restoration calls for storage systems
• Participate in client disaster recovery tests
• Remediate security vulnerabilities on storage infrastructure
• Automate tasks and create reports on inventory and licensing

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
• Experience with Storage Area Networks and NAS Arrays
• Knowledge of array-based replication
• Ability to mentor less experienced associates

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Out Of Band managed storage arrays
• Scripting skills for automation
