You'll bring the LA28 visual identity to life across venues, scoping and delivering Look elements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Manage on-site installation and vendors to maintain brand standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with central design team to apply Look Kit of Parts
• Develop and maintain detailed venue scope documents
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of Look assets
• Communicate Look plans to venue teams and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in event operations or venue management
• Ability to manage projects with multiple moving parts
• Comfortable working with contractors or vendors
• Basic proficiency in project tracking tools (Excel, Smartsheet)

• Experience in sports, entertainment, or cultural events
• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field
