💼 About This Role

You'll develop and validate guidance, navigation, and control solutions for autonomous drones. Your work will directly impact real-time flight operations in contested environments and help transform military capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop, debug, and test flight controllers and guidance algorithms
• Develop and test Software-In-The-Loop and Hardware-In-The-Loop simulations
• Collaborate with flight software team to define requirements and integrate GNC software
• Analyze test data to verify vehicle performance and debug incidents

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or related field focusing on dynamic systems and control
• 8+ years professional experience in GNC, preferably on airborne platforms
• Experience with Matlab and Simulink
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in a related field
• Experience with state estimation (Kalman filtering, sensor fusion)
• Proficiency in C/C++
