💼 About This Role

You'll assist in opening and closing the store, supporting new employees, and driving sales through excellent customer service. You'll help manage inventory and ensure store standards in a high-volume retail environment.

• Greet customers and recommend products
• Open and close the store independently
• Process cash transactions and handle refunds
• Monitor sales floor for theft and safety

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or similar
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
