💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end AI Agent deployments for enterprise customers, from strategy through execution. You'll orchestrate cross-functional delivery pods and drive measurable customer outcomes. This role blends program leadership with customer strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead AI Agent deployments from kickoff to go-live and optimization
• Conduct business and technical discovery for customer workflows
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery pod including engineers and designers
• Drive customer outcomes through QBRs, KPIs, and continuous value

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise customer delivery, professional services, or consulting
• Proven success leading complex enterprise implementations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contact center KPIs like containment, AHT, CSAT, NPS
• Excellent communication and customer-facing presentation skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Conversational AI, VoiceAI, RAG systems, or NLU/NLP platforms
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms like Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect
