You'll build a world-class legal function from the ground up at a fast-growing tech startup. You'll take ownership of document management, entity management, and contract workflows while experimenting with AI tools to automate and optimize processes. This role combines high-level legal operations with hands-on execution in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own document management (Box) and entity management systems
• Handle high-volume NDAs and vendor contracts
• Design playbooks, templates, and SOPs for scaling
• Assist with governance, board prep, and IP filings

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with document management systems (e.g., Box)
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) professionally

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in commercial contracts (B2B SaaS or hardware)
• Exposure to IP matters (patents, trademarks)
• Experience supporting legal departments through scaling phases
