💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's rental facility in Birmingham, AL to provide maintenance and repair for a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll use proprietary technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders efficiently. This role offers year-round OEM training and a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain paperwork and documentation of work performed
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must own tools applicable to position
