Description

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Core Analytics Team, you will use data to support Roku's recommendations and personalization products, working with product and engineering teams to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive business value. You will design and execute A/B tests, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to improve the streaming ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years work experience with bachelor's or master's in quantitative field (Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in consumer product, digital media or entertainment industries
• Expertise in SQL, SAS, R, Python or similar programming language
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
• Hands-on experience in A/B testing and statistical modeling

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science initiatives with organizational goals
• Design and execute A/B tests
• Translate complex analyses into clear executive narratives and dashboards
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics
• Perform exploratory data analysis on emerging trends
