As a Barista at Blank Street, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and craft quality coffee and beverages using our world-class coffee program. You'll work independently and as part of a team to create memorable experiences for customers while maintaining store standards and safety.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Availability for 24 hours per week including peak days (Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Curious and adaptable with a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Deliver welcoming customer service to turn customers into regulars
• Prepare quality coffee and beverages using Eversys equipment
• Complete training to ensure proper food and beverage handling
• Manage product wastage and adjust par levels based on business peaks
• Adhere to health, safety, and food safety standards
