💼 About This Role

You'll lead regulatory engagement for Airwallex in Mexico, owning licensing obligations and managing regulator relationships. You'll ensure compliance across the business, from interpreting requirements to delivering filings and regulatory exams end-to-end. This hybrid role offers the chance to build compliance capabilities in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regulatory compliance for regional expansion and license applications.
• Own ongoing regulatory obligations, reporting, exams, and inspections.
• Advise business on regulatory change and strengthen first-line controls.
• Deliver Compliance Monitoring Program and thematic reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of regulatory compliance experience in financial services.
• CNBV certification as Oficial de Cumplimiento required.
• Data proficiency for strategic decision-making.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
