💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in delivering an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help drive sales while maintaining daily operations. This role offers the chance to make a social impact while working with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
