💼 About This Role

You'll join Asana's Commercial Legal team, drafting and negotiating inbound commercial agreements. You'll protect Asana's interests while enabling teams to achieve their goals, with exposure to cross-functional collaboration and scalable contracting frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate inbound commercial agreements and supporting documents.
• Provide timely legal advice on risks, structure, and policies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sourcing, Procurement Ops, Privacy, and Security.
• Develop scalable contracting frameworks, playbooks, and standards.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience drafting commercial procurement agreements.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and U.S. bar admission.
• Experience with SaaS technology company in-house preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently on multiple complex projects.
