You'll lead the implementation and monitoring of security controls for AI systems across YipitData, focusing on observability, behavioral monitoring, and policy enforcement. You'll bridge security, engineering, and product teams to ensure trustworthy and auditable AI workflows. Opportunity to shape AI governance in a high-growth, data-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and monitor trustworthy AI behavior in production
• Establish telemetry, tracing, and alerting for AI systems
• Validate guardrails and policy enforcement for agentic workflows
• Detect and investigate suspicious AI behaviors
• Translate governance principles into technical requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering or related field
• Experience with monitoring/logging/telemetry for distributed systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML system architecture including LLMs and RAG
• Understanding of IAM, least privilege, and incident response

• Experience with AI observability tooling or tracing frameworks
• Familiarity with AI red teaming or model misuse detection
• Experience in regulated or audit-sensitive environments
