💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end payroll at Campus, a reimagined online college. You'll run payroll for a multi-state workforce and partner with the People team to improve and scale payroll systems as the company grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run end-to-end payroll for all employees including faculty
• Manage multi-state payroll operations and reconciliations
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements within Rippling
• Administer employee benefits programs and support compliance

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on payroll experience with end-to-end processing
• Strong experience managing payroll systems (Rippling preferred)
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance (NY preferred)
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience supporting payroll through company growth or system change
• Experience partnering closely with Finance teams
