• Define and analyze retail business issues using data
• Plan, execute, and manage performance of Premium programs
• Establish and manage program roadmap based on priorities
• Collaborate with category, CX, and SCM teams to drive projects

• Experience leading programs or projects end-to-end with measurable results
• Ability to structure complex problems into actionable plans
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive projects
• Proficiency in business English communication
