In this role, you will process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate and timely execution. You'll interact across customer service, operations, and cross-functional teams to support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or operations
• 1+ years using NetSuite or similar ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, shared document platforms, and collaboration tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communication and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and track shipments through delivery
• Review credit card and purchase orders, verify customer intake data
• Enter sales and purchase orders into NetSuite with accuracy
• Liaise with Production and Shipping teams on product availability and ship dates
• Contribute to improving communication and operational workflows
