💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team to sign new merchants and brands from large enterprise accounts for Paytm's EDC retail business. You'll drive funnel creation and closure to expand our merchant network. This role offers a chance to be part of India's largest digital lending story.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sign new logos and merchants from large enterprise accounts
• Create and manage sales funnel for target accounts
• Close deals with large enterprise/corporate accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for merchant onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in key account management or business development
• Proven track record of signing large enterprise accounts
• Experience in fintech or payments industry
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with QR payments or EDC solutions
• Existing network of merchants in Indore region
• Prior team leadership experience
