Description
In this role, you will be the primary contact for health insurance benefits support and renewals, helping small business owners navigate group benefits for the first time and make ongoing decisions. You'll own the customer journey through inbound and outbound communication, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with internal teams to deliver expert, consultative support.
Requirements
- 3-6 years customer experience with 1+ years in health insurance benefits
- Account Management experience preferred
- Life Health Insurance Producers Licensure preferred
- Proven ability to drive customer success through expert guidance
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Chili Piper
Responsibilities
- Own the customer journey through inbound and outbound phone, email, and Zoom interactions
- Provide expert support for health insurance benefits inquiries
- Partner with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries during renewal process
- Identify churn risk and deliver solutions using benefits and product knowledge
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for research and communication
