You'll be at the front line of North American growth for a rapidly scaling B2B diamond marketplace, identifying and qualifying prospective jewelry businesses through high-volume outbound calls and emails. Your core impact is building the pipeline that powers our expansion, turning cold outreach into warm conversations for the Account Executive team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Research target accounts and tailor outreach to stakeholders.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach with a clear value narrative.
  • Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for Account Executives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role at a high-velocity SMB SaaS or marketplace company.
  • Proven cold calling experience and comfort on the phone daily.
  • Understanding of strong SMB sales motion with short cycles and value-led conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills to write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt pitch on the fly.

  • Experience in the jewelry industry or luxury goods.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Exposure to marketplaces, two-sided platforms, or B2B e-commerce.
