💼 About This Role

You'll lead Northstar's client-facing CFO function, managing a team and driving financial strategy for multiple clients across industries. This role is a chance to move beyond reporting and actually influence real-time business decisions. You'll own FP&A, cash flow, and capital strategy while partnering with the CEO to scale client services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop client-facing CFO function across multiple engagements
• Own Financial Planning & Analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Manage cash flow, KPIs, dashboards, and board presentations
• Guide capital strategy and transaction support (M&A, financing)

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in accounting or finance leadership
• Experience as CFO or VP Finance
• Strong modeling and forecasting skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment
