💼 About This Role

You'll own the strategy and execution for Fundraise Up's key nonprofit verticals. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and drive measurable revenue growth by partnering with Sales and GTM. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise-grade solutions for leading global nonprofits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• **Lead market and customer discovery** to identify must-haves vs differentiators
• **Own strategic enterprise deals** and present product vision
• **Define portfolio strategy** and multi-quarter roadmap with OKRs
• **Hire, mentor, and manage** a team of 2–5 Product Managers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management
• 3+ years leading Product Managers
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience including pre-sales and RFPs
• Fluent English (C1/C2) and native Russian

• Experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments
• History of building vertical toolkits that scale across enterprise accounts
