💼 About This Role

You'll provide comprehensive technical support to a global workforce at a synthetic biology company. You'll troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and manage IT assets across multiple locations. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced biotech environment with exposure to lab support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot Mac and Windows hardware and software issues
• Monitor and triage incoming IT helpdesk tickets
• Support conference rooms and collaboration technology
• Provision and revoke user accounts and access

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recent hands-on IT helpdesk/desktop experience
• Experience with Microsoft and Apple operating systems
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs

✨ Nice to Have

• HDI Support Center Analyst certification
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Experience with mid-sized international company (4000 people)
