🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
• Serve as candidate point of contact for a white-glove experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system Ashby.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure smooth recruiting process execution.
• Identify improvements to scheduling workflows and candidate experience.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of coordination experience supporting U.S. recruiting teams.
• Comfortable working across U.S. time zones and with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in Ashby applicant tracking system.
• Experience maintaining data integrity and reporting within an ATS.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and Outlook calendars.
