You'll build and lead a next-generation FP&A function within a fast-scaling, technology-driven environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale the FP&A function from the ground up
• Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning
• Develop financial models for pricing, hiring, and capital allocation
• Lead board-level reporting and investor communications
• Implement and optimize modern FP&A tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, preferably in high-growth or fintech
• Proven track record of building or transforming FP&A functions
• Hands-on experience with Pigment, Runway, or Abacum
• Strong SQL skills with data warehouse experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Hex
• Experience leveraging AI tools for financial workflows
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
