Description

As a Maintenance Mechanic at Cirkul, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed industrial process equipment, including electrical power systems, automation controllers, and PLC logic controls. You'll ensure efficient equipment operation, diagnose malfunctions, and suggest improvements to support production.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years mechanical/electrical experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Working knowledge of industrial automation controllers, electronics, wiring diagrams, and PLC logic
• Experience with manufacturing equipment like geared motors, conveyors, bearings, and drive trains
• Superb communication and organizational skills
• Electro-Mechanical Technology Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed industrial process equipment
• Comply with safety procedures and food safety system guidelines
• Maintain communication and documentation via logbooks, CMMS, and shift turnover
• Diagnose malfunctions and correct through field measurements and programming
• Identify and design process improvements for equipment efficiency
