You'll drive expansion revenue within large enterprise accounts at Spring Health, a leading mental health platform. Your consultative selling will uncover customer needs and close six-figure deals. You'll collaborate with Customer Success to build relationships with HR and finance leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders like HR VPs and CFOs.
• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets from assigned accounts.

📋 Requirements

• Account management or sales experience with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of consultative selling to large, complex accounts.
• Experience closing six-figure deals and exceeding quota.
