Description

You will resolve routine and complex client service issues, including trade and margin analysis, trading platform operation, and compliance collaboration. You'll work with global teams to enhance systems and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's or advanced degree required
Minimum two years experience at a global financial institution (new graduates with strong grasp considered)
Working knowledge of exchange operations, regulations, product offerings, execution platforms, margin methodologies
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Strong product knowledge in Equities, Options, Futures, Options on Future, FX, Fixed income

Responsibilities

Resolve routine and complex client service issues with sound judgment and courtesy
Handle trade and margin analysis, cash market and derivative products, global exchanges, order types
Assist with trading platform operation and features
Analyze and test existing systems and procedures, recommend and implement enhancements
Collaborate with local and international Client Service, Programming, Clearing, Cashiering and Compliance teams
