🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze the full growth funnel including acquisition and retention
• Develop attribution and campaign measurement frameworks
• Design and analyze A/B tests across the growth funnel
• Build dashboards and reporting for cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth analytics or marketing analytics
• SQL experience with large datasets in Snowflake or similar
• Experience with experimentation including A/B test design and analysis
• Experience with attribution modeling and marketing performance metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling / Media Mix Modeling
• Experience with platforms like Amplitude, Optimizely, or Eppo
• Experience with dbt and analytics engineering workflows
