Description

You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, driving effective hiring and talent practices while managing employee relations and executing core HR programs. You'll partner with hiring managers on end-to-end recruitment, coach managers on performance and development, handle employee relations matters, and support HR program implementation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of HR, HRBP, or HR Generalist experience
  • Experience with full-cycle talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and employment practices
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environment (consulting or tech preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (CPHR preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Advise managers on performance management, feedback, and team effectiveness
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and investigations
  • Support implementation of HR programs such as performance reviews and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
