💼 About This Role

You'll be the central technical lifeline for field crews, providing real-time guidance for battery installations and service calls. You'll monitor system health using tools like Grafana and Retool while troubleshooting issues over phone, text, and Slack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for battery installations and service calls.
• Identify field issue trends and flag high-impact issues to teams.
• Create and maintain troubleshooting aids and hardware defect logs.
• Create, track, and close service tickets through Jira or Odoo.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a technical support, electrical, or IT troubleshooting role.
• Strong foundation in electrical concepts; licensed electrician or hands-on field experience a plus.
• Proven ability to quickly learn complex technical systems (electrical code, hardware, software tools).
• 4-year degree or equivalent electrical experience.
